Mirror glass, usable either at room temperature or after heating it to 28-30 °C.
This product does not leave bubbles on the surface and it is easy to use, as all it requires is mixing with a spatula.
It is fluid and shiny and makes glazing easy as it stops dripping as soon as you pour it on the cake. All you need to do is trim and finish the edges with a small knife and stabilise the glazing in a refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes.
