Thermo Choc from Silikomart is a silicone spatula with a thermometer for checking the temperature (from -40°C to 160°C) of melted chocolate, creams, sauces, jams, syrups, Italian-style meringues, etc.
Technical Features: 32 x 7 cm
IMPORTANT: The silicone spatula can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher. The probe must only be washed by hand. It is not suitable for use in microwave ovens and in the oven.
