Mirror glaze for semifreddo, pastry cakes, cheesecakes, ice cream cakes, zuccotti, bavarians, mousses, spoon desserts, fruit ganache.

It imparts an elegant and brilliant shine to every preparation, which remains unchanged even at low temperatures (-18*C).

For cold use: briefly spatulate the desired quantity without incorporating air before spreading.

For hot use: briefly heat the required quantity in a water bath at about 45*C or in a microwave (400/500 watts), stir for a moment without incorporating air, and glaze by spreading with a spatula or gently vibrating the cake.
