A food dye with a wide range of applications. You can use it to color both sugar, frosting and cream. The dye is highly concentrated so you don’t need a large amount to color your creations. It is best to test a smaller part before coloring more of any substance. 

Application:

Main application: marzipan, sugar and salt masses, cream (including low-fat creams), caramels and icings.

In addition: water-soluble applications – cakes, jams, jellies, ice cream, drinks and alcohol.
