Jelly Chef is the new ready-to-use jelly spray, ideal for polishing pies, fruit tartlets, semifreddos, croissants, brioches and baked pastry. For the use on yeasts and croissants, the product can be used before and after baking and it has to be dispensed directly on the cake thanks to the specific nebulizer and it is perfect for “non stick” polishing.
In a pratical and quick way, it allows to reduce working times and save product. Moreover, thanks to the practical nebulizer, it allows to polish mousses and fruits without using a brush on the cake.
