• Create gum paste flowers using the specially designed JEM Petal Pad.
• Ideal for shaping petals and foliage with softer natural looking curves and veining details.
• The pad can be used in conjunction with a variety of decorative mediums including: flower paste (gum paste), sugar paste (rolled fondant), almond paste and modelling chocolate.
• The Foam Pad is washable and non-stick, although a small quantity of icing sugar or cornflour can be used for dusting if required.
