Limone14 evolves around the concept of nature elements reinterpretation in order to shape an innovative vision of taste. It can be used for aperitifs, main courses or special first courses. It’s very versatile and can be used with mousses, creams, and preparations that recall the shape or, why not, with something else that creates a contrast, thus giving free creativity to the professional. The preparations can be stored and ready for use according to demand, thus reducing processing times at the pass.
