The éclair has been revolutionized by Silikomart Professional designers, assuming a rectangular shape with rounded edges. Stripe95 is great for the creation of original single portion glazed semifreddos. Not only, its shape allows to place decorations on the top according to pastry chef’s immagination. The mould is composed of 8 cavites of 95 ml each, a plastic cutter is included to make original inserts and/or bases which perfectly match with the shape of the mould. Ideal also in baked version.
