Created in collaboration with pastry chef Eunji Lee, this softly shaped mould has 8 cavities of 68 ml/2.3 oz and is ideal for elegant mousses and parfaits. The mould is also suitable for chocolate creations or for making guimauve oursons, the famous chocolate-covered marshmallow bears.
